Effective March 10, 2025, Kajiado Municipality will assume full responsibility for all development control functions, as announced by the County Government of Kajiado. This move, in line with the gazetted devolved functions to Kajiado Municipality, aims to streamline development approvals, enhance compliance with planning regulations, and promote sustainable urban development. Developers and property owners are advised to submit all applications for development permissions, construction approvals, and related matters to the Kajiado Municipal Offices located at ACK Tenebo House, Physical Planning and Development Control Directorate.
